Do you worry about not being able to access your files if there is not an internet connection? Don’t. Box4Bizz offers offline availability. In the application software that you install on your PC and Mac you have the possibility to check which folders you want to have available offline.

Online Archive or Online Backup

You can use Box4Bizz in different ways. The way you want to use the cloud storage offered by Box4Bizz determines the way you use the offline folders:

• Online Archive – only check the folders you actively use. The rest you leave unchecked so they will only be available online. Result is that you will really offload files to an online archive and free up hard disk storage on your device.
• Online Backup – check all folders. All your files will remain on your harddisk. Box4Bizz will act as an online backup. You will not free up hard disk storage on your PC / Mac, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

Trust and Secure Feeling

We have taken all kinds of measures to have your files securely stored. But 100% guarantee we cannot give. So, it is up to you. If you feel uncomfortable in storing your files solely in the Cloud, than check all offline folders. Forget about the storage advantage.
