Internet Explorer has an issue with Box4Bizz. You can solve this by clicking on the compatibility view icon in the toolbar of Internet Explorer. It is the broken page icon. When you click on that icon the login screen appears and you can enter your username and password.

After you have downloaded the software, you have to run the exe-file. Now you will have a folder named Ippany ICE-Drive with your Apllications / Programs. Click oon this folder. You will find 2 programs:

• ICE Drive (with an icecristal as icon)
• Uninstall ICE Drive

Click on the ICE-Drive icon. You will see the following screen.

Fill your username and password in this screen. Select which letter you want to use for Box4Bizz’ ICE-drive. In this example the letter is X. Click on Mount Drive.
In your Windows Explorer you will see an extra drive: ICEDrive (X:). Here you can create folders and store files as you are used to. The big difference is that these folders and files are anytime anywhere available.

To make your folders offline available, you have to go to the ICE-Drive software and click on Offline Folders. You will see all your folders. Check the folders you want to access when you do not have an internet connection. Left the Windows screen, right the Mac screen.

 

1. First you have to download the ICE Drive app in Apple’s App Store. Search for ‘ICE Drive’ or click here.
2. Once you have installed the ICE Drive app on your iPhone / iPad, than double-click on the Icedrive icon.
   
3. You will see an empty screen. Click on the ‘+’ in the top right corner.
   
4. Now you see a loginscreen. Fill in the following:
1. Name: Box4Bizz
2. Username: Your username
3. Password: Your password
4. URL: connect.box4bizz.com (Note: do not add https://!)
   Click on Save to save your login details.
   
5. Now all the files that are in your Box4Bizz account are accesible via your iPhone / iPad. On your screen you will see several icons. In the image you can see what you can do:
1. Click on the file to view it.
2. Click on the three lines behind the filename or tap on the file and hold it for a moment and an extra menu will appear. This menu shows you what you can do with the file:
1. View
2. Remove
3. Rename
4. Download – Download the file to your local storage on your iPhone or iPad
5. Versions – Versioning, view previous versions
6. Send file – Send the file to another
7. Cancel
   
3. Click on the folder icon and you can create a new folder.
   
4. Click on the two arrows and you can refresh your screen. Now you have synced your account.
5. Click on the photo icon and you can upload photo’s that are on your iPhone / iPad to your Box4Bizz account.
6. Click on the camera icon and you can make a photo with your iPhone or iPad and store it in your Box4Bizz account.
   
7. Click on the video icon and you can make a video with your iPhone or iPad and store it in your Box4Bizz account.
   
8. Click on the file cabinet icon and you can see which files you have stored in the local storage of your iPhone / iPad.
